Q: In what areas do you operate?
A: We cover south east London, in particular Greenwich, Blackheath,
Bromley, Catford, Lewisham, Forest Hill, Plumstead, Woolwich,
Charlton, Ladywell, Hither Green, Lee. If you are in any doubt
whether we cover where you live, just ring on 07876 084 047.
Q: What service do you provide?
A: We provide a general regular cleaning service for homes,
offices, and other commercial properties, as well as one-off
cleans, after party cleans, after builder cleans. Q:
Are there a minimum number of hours per visit?
A: Yes, the minimum is two hours (most companies stipulate three).
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured through “Yourinsurancegroup”
insurance. Q: Can I chat about what needs doing
before work starts, just so everything is clear?
A: We consult with all our customers, and give a non-binding
quote. And if for any reason things do not go as you would imagine
with your cleaner, just call and we shall sort it out.
Q: What if I decide that my cleaner is not suitable?
A: Although we guarantee a notional one month trial period for
everyone, in reality, we will change your cleaner as soon as
you are not happy. Q: Can the cleaner come
when I am at work?
A: Yes, this can be easily arranged.
Q: Will I have the same cleaner every time?
A: Yes, providing you are happy with her. Q:
Can you provide references and testimonials from other customers?
A: Of course. All our cleaners have excellent references. We
screen our staff carefully and conscientiously. After all, they
are coming into your home.
Q: Can I specify the time and day the cleaner comes?
A: Almost always. We will make every effort to accommodate your
schedule.
Q: What happens if something gets damaged or broken?
A: While our cleaners are always as careful as possible, accidents
do occasionally happen. But do not worry – we are fully
insured for such unfortunate occurrences. For the sake of everyone’s
peace of mind, though, please note that our cleaners will not
undertake specialised cleaning of delicate, valuable or antique
items. Q: Who supplies the cleaning materials?
A: For domestic cleaning, you supply the cleaning materials.
For our commercial customers (for example, offices) we supply
them.
